GUIDELINES AND RULES:
IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE! I cannot stress this enough. I will turn you away and you will be charged a fee, if you arrive sick to your appointment.
All clients MUST be wearing a mask. This is a given, but please make sure that it is worn correctly. If you do not have a mask, I have some available for $3.
Temperatures will continue to be taken at the door and hand sanitizer will be given out, when you arrive.
Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please allow at least 48 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations (under 24 hours notice) will be charged 50% of their missed appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of their missed appointment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a same day, 50% cancellation fee. If you are a no show, you will be not be allowed to reschedule without paying a deposit and will also be charged a 100% no show fee.
Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. Please understand that makeup and your own natural oils will interfere with the adhesive bonding and it is possible to have retention issue. The extra time cleaning, is time that's taken away from applying the lashes.
It is your responsibility to follow the at home aftercare. Retention issues can happen if you do not follow the aftercare I provide or do not use the recommended products. Lack of aftercare can also result in damaged natural lashes, lash mites, blepharitis, and other eye issues.
Retention Issues & Refunds:
There are no refunds on any service. If there are any issues, AFH Lashes must be contacted within 48 hours to discuss and fix the issues.
