GUIDELINES AND RULES:

Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please allow at least 48 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations (under 24 hours notice) will be charged 50% of their missed appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of their missed appointment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.

Clean Lashes:

 

Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. If you would like to wash you lashes at the studio, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.  Please understand that makeup and your own natural oils will interfere with the adhesive bonding and it is possible to have retention issue.  

Aftercare:  

 

It is your responsibility to follow the at home aftercare.  Retention issues can happen if you do not follow the aftercare I provide or do not use the recommended products. Lack of aftercare can also result in damaged natural lashes, lash mites, blepharitis, and other eye issues. 

Retention Issues & Refunds:

There are no refunds on any service. If there are any issues, AFH Lashes must be contacted within 48 hours to discuss and fix the issues.
